What is the real problem here?

What is really holding you back from having a healthy relationship with food?

Stop using the words ‘good’ or ‘bad’ when it comes to describing food. This already sets up the idea in your head that there is a right or wrong when there isn’t. All food is needed in moderation to have a healthy balance and relationship with food!
The trouble is, we are in a society where food has been branded as the enemy!
With every other person talking about what you can and can’t eat, what you should and shouldn’t have, its no wonder people struggle to understand!
But YOU have to be willing to actually make a change 😬
How often do you tell yourself that diets don’t work for you, that calorie deficits don’t do anything for your body, or no matter what you do you just can’t lose that weight, or find genuine happiness in your body?
My guess is, you’ve said something along those lines at least once.
But how many times have you genuinely tried to find a solution and STUCK TO IT?
And no, I’m not talking about Slimming World or Weight Watchers 👀
