Where and when?

 We kick off on at the end of the month.

 And I’d recommend allotting at least 2 hours a week - but you get what you take from it!

Step 1 - Once we receive payment, you'll be invited into the group chat and resource portal, where you can see everything we have on offer for you.

Step 2 - Get involved in our webinars! They happen twice a month and you'll be given plenty of notice so you can plan your evenings and come up with any questions you might have.  

Step 3 - Sit back, relax, and get ready to smash this out of the park! We'll work behind the scenes to keep bringing you all the newness and all the info you need to kickstart your health and fitness journey the right way.
