It wasn't always easy...

In fact it used to suck balls.

There was a time where I couldn’t look in the mirror without feeling shame.

I struggled during my teenage years with a very toxic relationship with food and exercise. I was severely overweight, and I’d avoid mirrors and would dread trying on clothes.

I lost more weight, and got to my goal of losing 5 stone, but I still found myself terrified of family photos or catching my reflection in the mirror. My headspace around food had worsened and the gym became a game of how long I could stay there without giving up.

Not many people know this, but I was able to completely redefine my relationship with food and transform my body and mindset to be the happiest and healthiest it has ever been.

It wasn’t easy, it took some serious work to rewire my beliefs surrounding my ability, but I did it.

Unfortunately, most programs/coaches/diets don’t get you to do the deeper work and actually get you to understand where these thoughts and feelings around your body and food come from.

They think that weight loss is the magic cure, and while yes, it can play a part, it is not the be-all and end-all.

This is why so many women are actually ending up in a more negative place once they’ve finished with a transformation coach, as opposed to when they started.

And why so many women end up worse off than when they started, and they no longer trust themselves around food or with an exercise routine.

So I’ve been thinking of putting something together that will help women once and for all to end this constant yo-yo cycle and rebalance their journey.

This won’t be another diet plan or cookie-cutter fitness challenge. I’m designing something that rebuilds your trust with food, your body, and yourself, from the inside out.

Nothing is set in stone right now. And I still have a few details to iron out. So, if this is something you might be interested in, please let me know. I’d love to run a few questions by you.
